We are seeking a part-time hire to join our team in Copenhagen.

Part-time · BRUS

We are seeking a Trainee Brewer & Cellar Assistant to support our tight-knit brewing team across all aspects of beer production. This is entry-level, so no previous experience is required, but a passion for great beer is a must.

Who is To Øl?

To Øl is a young Danish craft brewery founded in 2010. We are striving to deliver the highest quality beer and get it into the hands of people in the most sustainable way. In 2019, we acquired the old Beauvais factory in Svinninge, where we established a modern brewery. We brew a wide range of different beers, and our commitment to quality and innovation has enabled us to export our products to more than 31 countries.

Our team consists of over 70 dedicated people with different skills from various countries. We have different backgrounds, life stories and areas of expertise — and we love this diversity because we believe it makes our work and products better.

What does this role involve?

We offer a part-time job three days per week, with a 7.5-hour daily shift Monday to Wednesday, in accordance with the Danish Collective Agreement (Industry Agreement). It's a job with a high degree of independence and influence. Your daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Tank cleaning, packaging, all-around cleaning, and house maintenance.
