We are seeking a Regional Sales Rep to strategise and expand our growing presence in the western region of Denmark.

To Øl is a pioneering and innovative craft brewery based in the heart of Copenhagen. We are passionate about brewing high-quality beers that push the boundaries of flavor and creativity. As we continue to grow and expand our presence in Denmark, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join our sales team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

Your key responsibility is to develop and grow our western region (Jylland) by building strong relationships with key accounts. You will drive sales in restaurants, bars, and clubs, increase brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will be the face of To Øl, representing our brand to a diverse and passionate audience.

Who we are

To Øl is an independently-owned Danish brewery founded in 2010 by high school friends Tore and Tobias, hence the name To Øl. We are striving to deliver the highest quality beer and get it into the hands of people in the most sustainable way.

In 2019, we acquired the old Beauvais ketchup factory in Svinninge, where we established a modern production brewery. We brew various styles of beer, and our commitment to quality and innovation has enabled us to export quality beers to more than 31 countries.

Our team consists of over 80 dedicated people with different skills from 23 countries. We have different backgrounds, life stories and areas of expertise — and we love this diversity because we believe it improves our work and products.

Your responsibilities

Your role is a full-time position where you will work closely with our Sales Operations Specialist, warehouse and technical service team.

  • Identify and strategise new business opportunities and potential accounts to expand our customer base in the western region of Denmark (Jylland).

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, and night clubs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing accounts needs and resolving any issues.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and tastings to promote To Øl and related products.

This role requires you work full-time from Jylland. You will report directly to the Head of Global Sales, Alexander Lund Hansen.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your qualifications

  • Experience as a regional/area/account manager or similar role in the beverage, restaurant, bar, retailer scene.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
