Do you want to package world-class quality beer?

We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our production team, which currently consists of 7 members. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to participate in filling world-class beer in various formats, including cans, bottles, and kegs. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing minor services, and maintaining the filling equipment in collaboration with our technicians.

Who is To Øl?

To Øl is a young Danish craft brewery founded in 2010. We are striving to deliver the highest quality beer and get it into the hands of people in the most sustainable way. In 2019, we acquired the old Beauvais factory in Svinninge, where we established a modern brewery. We brew a wide range of different beers, and our commitment to quality and innovation has enabled us to export our products to more than 31 countries.

Our company consists of over 80 dedicated people with different skills from 23 countries. We have different backgrounds, life stories and areas of expertise, and we love this diversity because we believe it makes our work and products better.

What does this role involve?

We offer a full-time position within the Industrial Agreement. You will have fixed 8-hour weekday shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 (or 10:00 to 18:00 in high season), allowing you to enjoy weekends off and nights without production work. The job is characterised by strong teamwork, the opportunity for independence, and decision-making. 

Your daily routine includes:

  • Operating filling equipment on the bottle, can, and keg lines.

  • Ongoing adjustment and maintenance of the machines to minimize potential downtime.

  • Ensuring that quality control is maintained throughout the entire process.

  • Adhering to the production schedule to ensure that all orders are completed correctly, including products in the right packaging, with the correct label, and the proper date/batch number.

  • Constant troubleshooting on the line in close collaboration with the People manager and equipment suppliers.

  • Handling ad hoc tasks within the packaging and brewing team, and maintenance as needed.

  • Continuous cleaning and tidying during and after the day.

You will report directly to our Packaging Manager, Jesper Jensen.

Your qualifications:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, working with production equipment, preferably in the brewing, food, or beverage industry.

  • You possess technical aptitude.

  • You hold a valid forklift driver's license (Preferable)

  • Be able to communicate fluently in English and Danish (Preferable)

  • Love craft beer as we do would be a plus.
