Packaging Operator

We are seeking a full-time to join our team in Svinninge.

Full-time · To Øl City

Do you want to package world-class quality beer?

We are looking for a dedicated Packaging Operator to join our production team, which currently consists of 7 team members. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to participate in bottling world-class beer in various formats, including cans, bottles, and kegs. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing minor services, and maintaining the bottling equipment in collaboration with our technicians.

Who is To Øl?

To Øl is a young Danish craft brewery founded in 2010. We are striving to deliver the highest quality beer and get it into the hands of people in the most sustainable way. In 2019, we acquired the old Beauvais factory in Svinninge, where we established a modern brewery. We brew a wide range of different beers, and our commitment to quality and innovation has enabled us to export our products to more than 31 countries.

Our team consists of over 50 dedicated people with different skills from 23 countries. We have different backgrounds, life stories and areas of expertise — and we love this diversity because we believe it makes our work and products better.

What does this role involve?

We offer a full-time position within the Industrial Agreement. You will have fixed weekday shifts from 05:00 to 18:00, allowing you to enjoy weekends off and nights without production work. The job is characterized by strong teamwork, the opportunity for independence, and influence.

Your daily routine includes:

  • Operating bottling equipment on the bottle, can, and keg lines.
  • Ongoing adjustment and maintenance of the bottling equipment to minimize potential downtime.
  • Ensuring that quality control is maintained throughout the bottling process.
  • Adhering to the production schedule ensures that all orders are completed correctly, including products in the right packaging, with the correct label, and the proper date/batch number.
  • Constant troubleshooting on the line in close collaboration with the People manager and equipment suppliers.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks within bottling, brewing, and maintenance as needed.
  • Continuous cleaning and tidying during and after the day's bottling.

You will report directly to our Packaging Manager, Rune Sidor.

  • Can adapt to an occasionally hectic workday.

  • Can multitask in a fast-paced work environment while focusing on quality.

  • Are organized and responsible and have a problem-solving approach to challenges.

  • Are physically active and comfortable with standing and being in motion.

Your qualifications:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, working with production equipment, preferably in the brewery, food, or beverage industry.

  • You possess technical aptitude.

  • You hold a valid forklift driver's license.

  • You have strong communication skills in both English and Danish.

We offer you:

  • A workplace where you can develop both personally and professionally.
