Accountant
We are looking for a talented Accountant for our finance function who supports the wide organisation with day-to-day bookkeeping, recording cash transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and other critical financial tasks.
To Øl is a young Danish craft brewery founded in 2010. We are striving to deliver the highest quality beer and get it into the hands of people in the most sustainable way. In 2019, we acquired the old Beauvais factory in Svinninge, where we established a modern brewery. We brew a wide range of different beers, and our commitment to quality and innovation has enabled us to export our products to more than 31 countries.

We are searching for an Accountant to perform the day-to-day bookkeeping and related administrative tasks, as a critical support role of the finance function and overall organisation. Key responsibilities include:
Recording cash transactions within the ERP (SAP and economic)
Performing bank reconciliations
Ownership and creation of Supplier Master Data
Month-end-close task completion, as outlined in a checklist
Overseeing Intercompany invoicing and controlling
Managing the company's digital post and distributing messages across the organisation
Cross-departmental communication, to ensure our finance team is integrated and impactful throughout the organisation.
You will work alongside one other accountant, and you will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer, James Parsons.

Keep organized and pay attention to details.
Experience as an accountant/bookkeeper, and relevant education. Internship or part-time work is also considered experience.
Proven fluency in accounting, such as understanding debits, credits, and performing reconciliations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Google Workspace. Additionally, familiarity with SAP is a strong plus.
Excellence in task management and task completion, as the daily bookkeeping and month-end close responsibilities in a timely manner are critical business operations.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Professional fluency in Danish and English.
