How we select our people

When selecting new coworkers, we ensure that we look at candidates from multiple perspectives. We invite candidates who pass our initial pre-selection for interviews, and we will contact provided references.

We highly value the perspective of each potential team member, and an interview allows us to understand your approach better and thought process. At the end of the day, this is about getting to know each other — it makes the hiring process more like a conversation

An equal, diverse workplace

We don't just accept difference — we celebrate it, support it and thrive on it for the benefit of our team, our partners, and our community.

We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity. We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with legal requirements.
